Our 1,5 room Berlin holiday apartment (für 2 adults and max 2 children) is ideally located on the first floor of one of Bismarckstrasse’s lovely old German landhouses and offers everything for the discerning visitor. The landhouse was build 1906 as an coachman house and offers today after several modernization a modern and well equipped apartment. The beautiful tree-lindes avenue of bismarckstrasse is one of Wannsee´s most exclusive residential roads, lined with grand and imposing villas. In walking distance you reach the leafy woodland and lake where you can either have a little stroll or hike along the beautiful lakes up to Potsdam´s impressing sceneries. You may walk, take a steamer, bicycle, Kajak or canoe to discover and enjoy the beautiful nature and heritage prussian (if you wish organized or with audioguide). After visiting the hotspots in and arround Berlin just relaxe in the neighbourhood of your Berlin holiday apartment.
