Domicile
The house is built of wood, has a living area of approx. 110 m² and a terrace of 100 m². The property is located directly at the lake.
The sea front of the house is made of glass, so you can see the lake from almost anywhere in the house. Inside and outside merge and you always have the feeling of being outdoors.
There are three bedrooms upstairs. The floor is covered with maple parquet. If you leave the door or curtain open, you can be woken up in the morning by the sun rising over the lake!
In the gallery in front of the bedrooms you can enjoy the view over the lake and the countryside, read a book or simply enjoy nature.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living, dining and cooking area (poggenpohl kitchen, very quiet dishwasher) of 45 m² and a bathroom with large shower, sauna and high-quality equipment. The floor is made of natural stone. In the house you will find furniture and other furnishings designed by Isamu Noguchi, Le Corbusier, Philippe Starck, Charles & Ray Eames and Eva Solo.
POSITION
The house is located directly on the shores of Lake Müritz, 60m from the road. You have your own access to the shore. The village of Zielow is situated at the end of a dead-end street, so there is no through traffic.
Ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet, but also for those who are interested in water sports, horse riding or cycling.
information note
The house is too small to accommodate 6 adults as two of the three bedrooms are connected to each other. It is ideal for four adults or two adults with a maximum of four children. This is due to the architecture with a lot of airspace.
If you need bedlinen and towels we gladly provide both for each guest for the length of your stay. In this case we charge 15 Euro per guest. Please get in touch with the homeowner after booking to transfer the respective amount before arrival.
