Located near the Yacht Marina Veruda, in a residential part of Pula, with many restourants and bars within 500 meters from the house, it is also near to the most popular beaches. The center is about 3 km from our location.

Every apartment has air condition, wifi, SAT TV, washing machine etc. The pool is for common use of the guests of our 3 apartments.

There is a big terrace on the south side of the house, furnished with dining tables, gas barbecue, garden on the north side with another barbecue station and pool with glass whirlpool, private parking. There are sun loungers and dining tables around it too.

The owners of the house live on the highest floor and are available for any kind of help for the guests.
The apartments are not suitable for the wheelchairs because of the stairs.

The residential house is in a quiet residential district in the town of Pula, near the sea.

The terrace has a big dining table with chairs and a barbecue. The courtyard with sun loungers provides plenty of space to relax. A parking space is available on site.

The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The air-conditioned living and dining room has a sofa bed for two children, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle. The bathroom consists of a shower with massage jets, a washbasin and a toilet. Wireless Internet access is available.

The nearest beach is only 400 metres away. Supermarkets and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. There are good connections into the town centre, just five minutes by car or a few stops on the bus.
