"Appartamento Murena 1" is ideal for bringing family and friends together for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. This property can accommodate up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include A/C and a washer dryer.
You will have a private covered terrace and guests can also use the shared terrace. Sip on your morning coffee as the sun rises and spend long summer evenings relaxing and dine outside.
This property is located 100 m from the sea and piers where you can rent boats. The nearest beach "Punta Nera" which is a small bay is 100 m from the property. Appartamento Murena 1 is 1 km away from the beautiful beaches in Tegge. It is 500 m from the port and
700 m from the centre. The nearest bars, restaurants and cafes are a 6-minute walk away (450 m). The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400 m). Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 1.5 hours away (50 km).
Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
Homeowners kindly ask guests to make sure that there is no damage or disturbance caused by having a pet on the property.
