The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Poreč. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner IST POR 393 (4 persons) and IST POR 350 (4 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house and in a parking lot in the village (distance 5 m).

air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early May to mid October, salt water, 5 m x 10 m, depth 1,5 m).
