The detached holiday home built in 1987, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Vodnjan, district Kužinići. The holiday home is located on a 1146 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.
