Come and discover this beautiful 62 m² flat just a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice! Ideally located in a peaceful area near public transport and the historic centre, this flat will be the ideal pied-à-terre for a getaway for up to 4 people.
You will have a beautiful bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with access to a first balcony, a bathroom and a second balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea!

The flat:
Located on the 7th floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be pushed together) and a large closet.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hairdryer and shampoo and/or shower gel available.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A first balcony of 10 m², south-east facing and accessible from the living room. It is furnished with a table and two chairs and offers you a breathtaking view of the sea!
- A second balcony of 8 m², facing west and accessible from the kitchen and the two bedrooms.

- Caras beach and Saint Helena beach less than 2 minutes walk away.
- The Fine Arts Museum is 2.4 km away (8 min walk).
- Nice's historic centre is 5.4 km (14 min by car) away.
