The "Villa Bassin D'arcachon 8 personnes" is located in a residential area in La Teste-de-Buch and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool (only heated during cooler periods) secured by roller shutter, 8 sunbeds and a garden. There are also multiple terraces around the house, as well as a Petanque court (with petanque balls provided).
The villa is an intimate and independent house in a residence next to a forest, where you can enjoy morning walks. The beach and coastal path are 5 minutes away on foot and nearby there are multiple shops and an amusement park. Dune du Pilat is 10 minutes away and bicycle rentals are available in the area.
A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage.
Pets, celebrating events and smoking inside are not allowed.
Air conditioning is not available.
There is a safety shutter for the pool - it is forbidden to touch the technical room.
Parties are not allowed.
