From the villa you can walk to the beautiful beaches of Papagayo with stunning views along the way. The beaches of Playa Blanca and Los Colorades are also close by.’

The villa is within close proximity of the bars, restaurants and boutiques at the Marina Rubicon.

This beautifully decorated town house has 2 bedrooms for up to 4 adults.

There is an additional 3rd bedroom, with bunk beds which can be used for children only.

The villa is only a 3 minute walk away to 2 supermarkets (Hiperdino and Overseas) stocking all you need for your holiday shop. This makes this property ideal for guests that do not wish to hire a car.

The lounge has patio doors that open out onto the garden and swimming pool, the room is bright, sunny and comfortable with free fibre optic WIFI and IPTV.

The modern kitchen is well equipped and of a good size, a door leads to a private Solana area where you will find the washing machine, clothes airer and useful storage space.

On the ground floor there is a small toilet and sink.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, this bedroom has a small balcony where you can sit and look at the view of the ocean.

The second large upstairs bedroom has incredible views over to the Rubicon range of mountains.

There is also a shared bathroom upstairs.

Outside, the private walled garden has a lockable gate, it has a fantastic shaded eating area, where you can dine al fresco.

The swimming pool is electrically heated and there are 4 sun loungers.
Bed linen and towels are included.
