The apartment consists of a 1-storey outbuilding and is located in a quiet, idyllic and yet relatively central location (5 minutes to the harbor at Prerowstrom and PENNY and 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach). In the apartment you will not be disturbed by noise from neighboring apartments or noise from outside!
The parking lot is right next to the outbuilding. From the parking lot you go through a garden gate into the associated fenced garden area
(approx. 200 square meters incl. outbuilding) with 2 private terraces.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a separate boiler room with gas boiler.
