The living area is spacious and light. Patio doors lead to the outside private heated (in April, May, October and November) pool and dining area, where you will find a BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The pretty garden is well tended with beautiful mediterranean trees and plants.

There is a fabulous bakery for fresh bread and other delights that you can stroll to in the mornings, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, post office, a pharmacy and a doctor.
The local beach is also just a 10-minute walk and is lined with three excellent fish tavernas right on the sand.
There are also a couple of great beach bars which are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa.

The pretty garden area with mediterranean flowers and trees, There is also a private parking area with a large gate providing privacy and security. The villa even has the added benefit of having it´s own emergency water tank which switches on automatically if the local water cuts off for any reason. This of course does not happen often but it is great to know that you will never be without water!
