The vacation apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Wellingdorf marina, GEOMAR and the Seefischmarkt. Just a few steps and you have an unobstructed view of the Kiel Fjord. Here you can see the large cruise ships arriving and departing during the season.
The pier of the Fördelinie is quickly reached and after a 10-minute ferry ride you are on the other side of the fjord. From there you can go shopping in the city center, stroll through parks and museums or board a ferry to Laboe.
Bus stops and rental bikes are available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Your accommodation is an insulated, wood-paneled studio apartment in the courtyard of a three-party house. Measuring approx. 18 m², there is a living/sleeping area with a double patio door. Your sleeping area consists of an EMMA Premium sofa bed for up to two people (2x 80 x 200 cm). The variable sleeping area can be used as a double bed or as two single beds.
A table with seating, Smart TV, cupboard and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, Philips Senseo Pad coffee machine, kettle, sink) with cups, glasses and cutlery are also included.
For fire safety reasons, a stove and oven have been omitted.
The daylight bathroom with shower and WC has a large mirror and a washbasin with generous storage space.

The accommodation can be reached via a separate entrance in the enclosed courtyard area of the apartment building, where the landlord lives and is available to answer any questions.
