It is located in an apartment building with 6 residential units on the first
upper floor.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the Marienplatz, the center of Schwerin. Here you will find the Schloßparkcenter and the Marienplatzgalerie with a large selection of stores.
The sports and congress hall is approx. 600 m away.
There are also various restaurants with a wide range of culinary offerings in the immediate vicinity.
