Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycles available. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 16 km, bus stop 310 m, sandy beach "Imperia Borgo Marina" 22 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
