My guest cancelled a non refundable booking, my payment is pending. What does this mean? A certain amount is being deducted, what is this amount?

It usually takes 72 hours to process a payment, if an amount is deducted from your payout it is usually the cleaning fee.

If it has been more than 72 hours you can contact your account manager for any payment related questions.
