How can I contact my guest?

To contact your guest, go to the "Bookings'' section and click on the guest's name. You will find all of the reservation details. Please keep in mind that Booking.com and Airbnb bookings do not always provide the email address, in these cases please CALL the guest or send them a WHATSAPP.

Be sure to add the correct country code, we encourage you to have direct contact with the guest since you will be taking care of the check-in and check-out.
