What you can do to help people in Ukraine
Due to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, people urgently require help and shelter. Holidu would like to provide help by putting together an overview of resources: for those willing to donate money and for vacation rental hosts or apartment and homeowners who are eager to help.
If you are looking for ways to provide support to Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, here are 2 things you can do to help.

Red Cross
This organization helps Ukrainians with emergency assistance such as food, water, other essential items and supports hospitals and healthcare facilities with medical equipment.

This organization helps Ukrainian children who were forced to flee their homes with hygiene products, towels and blankets, first aid kits, and other supplies.

All you have to do is provide a comfortable bed and some basic amenities for stays that can range from a few days to a few weeks. Airbnb.org works with non-profit organizations that not only verify that refugees are eligible for free housing, but also provide support before, during and after their stay. Airbnb provides hosts with all-round protection called AirCover, which includes liability insurance and property damage protection up to USD 1 million each.
Wunderflats
A platform for Germany where you can offer an entire apartment or a spare room. Tenants will be verified, and IDs/passports checked. No minimum rental period required.
