How can I add arrival instructions?
If you need to change or modify the details for the person in charge of guest check-ins, you will need to update the information in the “Guest arrival information” following these easy steps:
- In your account, select the “Configuration” tab on the upper left side.
- Scroll down to “Guest Arrival Info”.
- Click “Edit” and enter the new contact details of the person in charge of guest check-ins. When you have updated the relevant information, click “Save”.
- Click on “Translate to all languages”, so your arrival information is automatically translated to all available languages.
- You can also edit information about the ‘key pick up’ and ‘how to arrive to the property’.
Please note that you would be required to inform guests who have already made bookings about these changes.
