How do I permanently remove my property?
We’re sorry to hear you’re considering removing your property. If you’re having any issues with our service, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Account Manager. Not sure who they are? You can find the details and can contact him through your Holidu account in the “More - Contact” section by selecting the request for your Account Manager in the form. If your property is no longer accepting guests, we recommend deactivating your listing to prevent new bookings. Important Notes:
- Please check if you have any future reservations and if you are able to honour them. If cancellations are necessary, kindly inform us as soon as possible via the contact form in your Holidu account (under the 'More' section > 'Contacts').
- Please remember, you can always republish your property later. Just make sure your calendar is updated and pricing is set. Need help with republishing? Steps to Deactivate Your Property:
- Log in to your Holidu Host account and select the property to remove.
- Go to Configuration and you will find in the bottom left-hand corner the Advanced Settings.
- Click on Unpublish.
- Confirm by ticking the checkbox in the pop-up and click Continue.
- Select the reason for deactivation and click Continue.
- Enter your Holidu password to confirm. Your property will no longer be visible or accept new bookings.
