If I reply to the email from Holidu stating my guest provided information, will my guest receive it?
When you reply to an automatic email from Holidu, your guest will not receive that information. To ensure your guest gets your message, you should contact them directly.
You can easily find your guest’s contact information in two sections of your Holidu Host account:
1. From the Bookings Section
- Log in to your Holidu Host account: Log in for hosts .
- Go to the Property tab and select the Booking section located at the top of the screen below your property name.
- Find the reservation you're interested in and click on it, a pop-up will open with the reservation details.
- Scroll down to the Guest Information section, click on Show details, and you'll find the guest's contact information.
2. From the Calendar Section
- Log in to your Holidu Host account.
- Click on the Property tab and then select the Calendar section placed in the upper left corner below your property name.
- Find the check-in date of the reservation you want and click on it, a pop-up will open with the reservation details.
- Scroll down to the Guest Information section, click on Show details, and you'll find the guest's contact information.
We recommend reaching out to your guest using one of the contact methods they provided when they made the booking. This ensures they receive the information directly from you!
