How do I create a new property listing?

We’re excited that you want to add a new property to Holidu! It’s quick and easy to do directly from your account. Just follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Holidu account. Once you're in, click on “Properties” to begin the process.
2. Add a New Property: Once inside, you’ll see the “+ Add Property” button in the top left corner. Click on this to start setting up your new listing.
3. Choose the Type of Property: You’ll be asked to choose whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit (several units at the same address). Pick the option that best describes your property.
4. Answer an Important Question: Next, we’ll ask: “Is your property already listed on a booking platform (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb)?” Answering this helps us manage your listing more effectively.
5. Enter the Property Name: Give your property a name. Make sure it’s easy for potential guests to understand!
6. Select Property Type and Guest Capacity: Choose what type of property it is (e.g., Finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, hotel-apartment) and specify the maximum number of guests it can accommodate.
7. Add the Property Location: Enter your property’s full address. You’ll also need to provide the geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) to help us pinpoint it accurately.
8. Provide Your Email Address: Finally, enter the email address associated with your account.
9. Click on Request Publication: To complete the whole process, please click on “Request Publication”.

Once you have requested your new ad to be published, your Account Manager will be happy to contact you to complete all the necessary details and finalize the process.
